HauntedHaunted by Eileen Maksym
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Tara Martin is one of the most logical characters around. Each of her actions although questionable had her own reasoning which did make sense. One of the best things about this book is the secondary characters who did distract you from the plot or from Tara.

Both Steven and Paul talked about her and to her but they each played their own role in the plot which was good. The ghosts were a nice element and did their part to creep me out.

The story was easy to read and once you are used to Maksym’s writing, you’ll be running through the pages. There was enough mystery, paranormal and romance in perfect balance. The story was not cluttered with unnecessary descriptions or dialogue.

All in all, I liked the book. If you like supernatural mysteries, I recommend this book.
