Which secondary character resonated most with you and why?
His wife. She really wasn't in the book much, but it kept Marc hold on to reality. He had to have something in his mind, that he knew was good and pure .
How you define the central theme in this story. I would like say it was the abduction and torture but more than this, the central theme is Marc's strength.
What did you think of the ending?
It ended with Marc's life being spared and some possessions were returned. Very sad how he was treated by the police though. If they would have checked his story out, two lives would have been spared.
