Dangerous Past by A.F. Ebbers
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This is an old school mystery thriller that I liked. The killer who is hot on Frank's tracks is one story then there is the story of Frank's marriage. Nicole is obviously more successful than him and his ego is bruised in more ways than one although he covers up this fact by trying to be more macho than ever. The interplay between husband and wife was entertaining to read.
Frank wants to right his wrong professionally and as a spouse but things get a lot worse when Nicole is kidnapped. The most impressive parts of this book were the fight scenes. You won't be bored with A.F. Ebbers' - Dangerous Past - and you'll definitely never look at a situation with just black and white in mind. Well-written book that comes to a satisfying end.
The copy that I received was somewhat distracting because it had at least three different font types when there didn't have to be and had this error not been there I would have liked the book a whole lot more.
